Everything I needed to set up my company in Singapore and get through the first year, in one place and in the order it happens. With the guide and its templates you have all you need to start prepared.
One-time payment. Any tax for your country is shown at checkout.
The guide is web-based, not a PDF. You click through it in your browser, and the templates are files you download from it. Each step opens with the answer in short, explains the terms in plain language and ends with a checklist.
Which route fits your situation. The Employment Pass through your own company, COMPASS in plain language with two worked examples, education verification, and the Dependant's Pass route.
What a company needs, the nominee director, share capital and director's loan, which agency services you need and typical prices.
Pass issued, Singpass and Corppass, the bank account, and three things that are easy to forget.
Salary, payslip and the levy on it, CPF if you hire locally, basic bookkeeping, and the yearly salary statement.
Your five dates, what you can skip, the financial statements, and what to do when the company owes more than it owns.
They open in Excel and Word, and in Google Sheets and Google Docs.

Agencies sell payroll, bookkeeping and other add-ons by the month or the year. If the guide saves you two or three months of a service you did not need, or a single unnecessary add-on, it has already paid for itself. And you go into every call with an agency knowing what to ask and what things usually cost.

For some things, yes. A foreigner needs a registered provider to file the company registration, and every company needs a company secretary. The guide shows you which services you need, which are optional, and what to ask before you sign.
No. It is general information and my own experience as a founder. It does not look at your individual case. Rules and figures link to the official source so you can check them.
The rules and figures were checked against the websites of ACRA, MOM, IRAS and the CPF Board in October 2026. Where a rule is not published or I could not confirm it, the guide says so.
Yes. The Dependant's Pass route is covered in step 1. As a Permanent Resident you skip the parts about passes and the nominee director; everything about running the company and closing the year applies unchanged.
